This information is stored so that you are not required to enter it each time to make a purchase, and maybe viewed or update we also collect delivery te at your convenience.

When making a purchase from our online store we also collect delivery details. This information is used to charge you for the products you purchase and to deliver this products to you.

Our website does not use cookies to collect your personal information. Cookies are only used to complete orders on our site. It is quiet common for online shopping sites to send such a cookie.

Payment Methods

Methods of payments available are based on the country where the order was received from.

Pay by invoice is currently only possible by order in Australia. You should contact us first and then transfer the money.

Products or services

We do our very best to ensure that all items you see are as close as possible to the photographs shown, but, since they are not mass-produced, and many of them are either handmade from natural materials or hand-finished, slight variations in colour and size may occur from time to time. We hope that you understand this and appreciate the skill and craftsmanship required to make such high quality products. All products shown are subject to availability.

Persian crafts gallery makes every effort to present accurate and timely information regarding the products we have for sale. However, it is possible that discrepancies or inaccuracies may arise if our website receives inaccurate information from our suppliers or other outside sources. Should you encounter any information on our site that you deem inaccurate, please inform us at contacts information.

Persian crafts gallery takes the utmost care to ensure that product information and colours are accurate. Due to the limitations of the photographic process, goods may not be exactly the same colour as shown. You may buy goods offered online by us by completing the order form available on our website.

Pricing Policy

All prices are listed in Australia dollar and are exclusive GST. Please consider that Persian crafts gallery is not register for GST. if your credit card or bank uses different currency, the final transaction price may differ due to currency exchange rates. Please contact your payment provider for further information.

Persian crafts gallery are not obligate to sell an item at the listed price if we are not able to source it from our supplier at the time of ordering as prices may have changed in the interim.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and we may cancel orders and refund your money because of genuine errors (either because of unilateral mistake, or for any reason) up to the time you receive the goods.

Return privacy

We understand that from time to time you may need to return an item to us.

Before returning any items please contact Persian crafts gallery do discuss your reason for requiring a return and organize an approval to return an item to Persian crafts gallery within 2 business days of delivery date.

Before contacting us regarding the return please understand the following terms of business:

1. Item must be in the same condition as sold I.e not damage or use.
2. Item must be trackable with signature on delivery.
3. Persian crafts gallery will NOT pay for postage if you are returning an item because you have changed mind or made a mistake in your ordering.
4. Persian crafts gallery is NOT obligated to offer a store credit for products that are returned damaged or never arrive. To qualify for a credit an item must be returned in perfect condition ready to be resold. Failure to package a returning item properly will undoubtedly result in no store credit and the product will be returned to the customer.
5. A store credit issued for a return will be for the value of the returned item only. A store credit for a specific item does not cover the cost of postage.

However the customer Act 1993 states:

“You have no legal obligation to provide a refund where a customer has simply changed their mind about a purchase. It is the stores choice as to what they MAY offer the customer.”

Cooling of period

You have “1 hour cooling of period “ to cancel/change your order if the delivery times are not suitable or you have changed your mind, to receive full refund. After 1 hour all orders are firm sale. You must call/text Persian crafts gallery to cancel within 1 hour for a full refund.

Delivery and shipping

Items that are in stock, ships in 2-3 business days.

If we found to be responsible for incorrectly addressing a package then Persian crafts gallery will be responsible for the resending, replacement or refund of the items not delivered.

Any package returned to us due to incorrect and/or insufficient information will require an extra delivery charge of $15. Also if Persian crafts gallery has incurred extra fees to retrieve the package from courier then these charges will also be born by the customer  before the package can be dispatched again.

Any shipment that is delayed or lost and is found to have had incorrect and/or insufficient details provided by customer will not be cover by Persian crafts gallery. NO REFUND and NO STORE CREDITS are applicable.

Please consider that all our shipments by default does NOT include signature on delivery. It means that your parcel will be left in a safe place. Persian crafts gallery cant accept any responsibility of lost or damage. If the currier website is showing “delivered” we can’t accept any responsibility. Please contact the courier directly to discuss any matter.

Persian crafts gallery uses AstralianPost. Transdirect, Sendle, CourierPlease, UPS, FedEx, and Toll to deliver packages. We try to use the best option. If you need your package to be shipped by any special courier please notify us whit in one hour of placing your order just by calling us with considering that there extra charge.

Delivery time

If you are using the default service please consider 3-5 business days for delivery within Australia.

If you are asking for express service the delivery time will be 1-4 days within Australia.

Persian crafts gallery can not guarantee delivery time as it is out of our control. If there is any delay we wont reimburse or consider any credit.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

All overseas orders are consolidated to one delivery weekly.

If a FedEx/UPS service does not deliver to your specified address we reserve the right to cancel your order before it is processed. Delivery time can be varied from country to country.

Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered.

Customer is responsible for such taxes and duties.
